Junior programme
The coaching of juniors receives special attention at Manchester Squash. We strive to assist the younger generation to develop both physical fitness and mental robustness through squash, a sport often called physical chess.
We have structured programmes designed to improve squash skills, with fitness drills and games to ensure kids have fun and also develop skills suitable for other sports.
