Coach's advice
Look for a lighter, head-balanced racket that's forgiving on off-centre hits. You don't need to spend a fortune to get a frame that will serve you well while you learn.
Junior rackets are shorter and lighter, sized for growing players. The right size makes a huge difference to technique. Ask me what suits your child's age and build.
